I led the visual concept development for Boot World's mobile footwear stores, creating bold truck wraps that doubled as moving billboards. By featuring oversized work boot outsoles, I delivered a high-impact design that promoted the brand and grabbed attention across three states.
Boot World needed bold, easily recognizable imagery for its mobile footwear stores—trucks serving as both fitting stations and rolling advertisements for its commercial safety footwear program. These vehicles traveled across Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada and needed to effectively communicate the brand and its service at a glance.
Multiple design concepts were explored to identify imagery that would resonate across diverse industries and road environments. The goal was to create something both visually impactful and directly tied to the product offering. Through several iterations, the team tested different graphics, layouts, and brand cues. It was ultimately discovered that oversized images of outsoles—specifically from work boots and slip-resistant shoes—created a bold, high-contrast design that immediately caught the attention of passing motorists.
The final truck wrap design featured enlarged outsoles of safety footwear, turning the mobile stores into unmistakable brand assets. The result was not only functional for on-site fittings but also served as a memorable, moving billboard that reinforced Boot World’s commitment to workplace safety and convenience.
