I led concept development and creative execution for Boot World’s 2023 holiday billboard campaign, partnering with top footwear brands. I created a minimalist, product-focused design system that maintained brand consistency across multiple ads.

For the 2023 holiday season, Boot World partnered with several premium footwear brands to launch a billboard campaign. The creative needed to meet two key challenges: capture attention along high-traffic routes with fast, readable messaging, and promote different products while maintaining cohesive visual branding across all boards.

I developed multiple design directions that balanced brand consistency with vendor-specific messaging. Through creative exploration and partner feedback, we aligned on a minimalist approach that used dramatic close-ups of footwear details to convey quality and brand identity quickly. Each concept required careful coordination and approval from multiple brand partners, ensuring all stakeholders were aligned on the final creative.

The final campaign featured a clean, product-forward design that elevated each brand while reinforcing Boot World's identity. Once launched, the billboards successfully captured attention, supported brand perception, and helped drive both in-store and online traffic during the peak retail season.
