Brought in after stalled development, I led the brand logo development for H.G. Fenton’s AMP 30 apartment community. Tasked with capturing the energy of live music, I created and presented multiple logo directions to reestablish creative momentum.
The H.G. Fenton Company had spent nearly a year trying to finalize a logo for its new music-inspired apartment community, AMP 30. Despite numerous attempts, they struggled to develop a visual identity that captured the energy and vibe of the live music scene they wanted the brand to evoke.
Upon joining the project, I developed a range of logo mockups to quickly identify the creative direction that resonated most with the client. Through exploration and collaboration, we focused on integrating bold, high-energy symbols that connected with the essence of live rock music—ultimately narrowing in on stars and lightning bolts as the primary graphic elements.
The final logo successfully fused the spirit of rock and live performance with a clean, modern aesthetic suitable for a residential brand. With striking lightning bolts and iconic star motifs, the AMP 30 identity now reflects the energy, edge, and cultural inspiration of the music scene the community is built around.
